CUR Evolution MEGA STROL

$65.00 USD

We all know the JDM world has been doing it for years—now, here’s our take on it.

Mid-stroll up to nine baits.

That’s what happens when you combine our clear umbrella rig platform with jighead minnows.

Built on the CUR Evolution Finesse platform, the Mega Strol is engineered to be extremely lightweight and features nine bait anchor points. This allows you to mid-stroll it ultra-slow, keeping the rig suspended in the strike zone longer.

It still delivers everything anglers love about the CUR Evolution lineup:

  • Clear, minimal-metal design
  • Folding arms for quick deployment and clean storage
  • Made in the USA

Why It’s Different

  • Unbreakable folding arms, unlike traditional wire arms
  • Nine bait anchor points without unnecessary bulk
  • Lightweight, balanced pull for slow, controlled hovering retrieves
  • Clear, low-visibility profile that is less likely to spook pressured fish

Recommended Rod and Reel Setup

  • Rod: 6'8"–7' medium-heavy or heavy baitcasting rod
  • Reel: 100–200 size baitcasting reel
  • Line: 16–20 lb. monofilament or fluorocarbon line

Rigging the Mega Strol

The goal is to keep the entire rig as light as possible by using lightweight hooks and small minnows. This allows the rig to hover and remain in the strike zone longer.

When rigged within the recommended specifications, the Mega Strol should have a rate of fall of approximately 1 foot per second.

Recommended Mega Strol Jigheads to Minnow size

  • 1/0 = 2.75"-3" minnow
  • 2/0 = 3"-4" minnow
  • 3/0 = 4"-5" minnow

Recommended Minnows

  • 2.5"–4" strolling minnows
  • Up to 5" minnows may be used if they are hollow-bodied and lightweight

How to Fish It

Fish the Mega Strol the same way you would fish a single jighead minnow. Use slow, controlled movements to keep the baits hovering and moving naturally through the strike zone.
